Refund Policy

At SRK Digital LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality Digital Marketing, Telemarketing, and Credentialing services. Our goal is to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining fairness and transparency.

1. General Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services, all payments made to SRK Digital LLc are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Refund requests are only considered under special circumstances, outlined below.

2. Digital Marketing Services

  • Since digital marketing results (SEO, Ads, Social Media, etc.) depend on multiple external factors (search engines, ad platforms, audience behavior), we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
  • A refund may be considered only if no work has been initiated within 7 days of payment.

3. Telemarketing Services

  • Telemarketing services are billed based on allocated resources and time.
  • Once calling campaigns, lead generation, or appointment setting activities have begun, payments are non-refundable.
  • If no activity has started, a partial refund (up to 70%) may be issued upon request within 7 days of payment.

4. Credentialing Services

  • Credentialing involves administrative and compliance processes with third parties (insurance companies, government agencies, etc.).
  • Fees paid for credentialing are non-refundable once documentation preparation and submission have started.
  • If a refund request is made before we begin work, up to 50% of the service fee may be refunded.

5. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to srkdigitalllc@outlook.com
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.
  • Transaction and processing fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
